Length and construction

Each ski must be at least the skier’s height minus 100 mm. Both skis must have the same construction and length; ski-jumping length formulas do not apply.

Weight and base

The pair must weigh at least 750 g without bindings. Scale or step grip patterns are allowed, but devices powered by anything other than the skier’s muscles are forbidden.
