Definitions and procedures
The appendices define shared terms, identify advisory committees and provide registration and personnel-movement forms. Electronic-device demands have safeguards, including procedures for objections and protected material; an objection does not permit destroying or altering potential evidence.
Supply and trophies
The supply appendix governs power-unit, fuel and oil arrangements, including conditional supply obligations, confidentiality and technology access. Trophy rules distinguish originals and replicas and regulate their use and care. Approved changes for later years are listed separately and must not be treated as current-year provisions.
