Junior routines cannot include elements involving backward saltos in hang on rings. A skill’s presence in the general difficulty table does not remove age-category restrictions.
Parallel bars
Juniors may not perform saltos caught in upper-arm hang or bent-arm support on parallel bars. Coaches must check the junior restrictions before selecting a routine rather than assuming every senior element is available.

It concerns artistic gymnastics; women’s artistic gymnastics has a separate code and different apparatus requirements. The all-around combines scores from floor, pommel horse, rings, vault, parallel bars and horizontal bar. Team formats and qualification places are governed by the competition’s technical regulations.
