In short

The supplied appendix sets different lengths and tie-break rules by event.

Event length and tie-break

U-12 World Cup games use 6 innings; U-15, U-18, U-23 and Women’s World Cups use 7; Premier12 uses 9. If tied afterward, every extra inning starts with runners on first and second and no outs. The batting order continues, with the preceding batting-order players occupying the bases.

Run-difference endings

For U-12, a deficit of 15 after batting through 4 innings, or 10 after 5, ends the game. The other listed World Cups use 10 after 5. These run-difference rules do not apply to the championship game, but do apply to bronze-medal games. The appendix does not state that same run-difference rule for Premier12.
