In short

Blue-line entry and clearing a delayed offside.

Entry

Attackers must not enter the attacking zone before the puck. Skate blades and the blue-line plane determine position. A puck carrier may enter first only with possession and control by the stick before both skates cross completely.

Delayed offside

A delayed signal can be cleared when all attackers leave the attacking zone as required. Playing the puck or pressuring the opponent while offside causes a stoppage; intentional offside has a more disadvantageous restart location.
